We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Joyeuse, this charming house of village air-conditioned of a surface of 64 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels not included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room accessible from the kitchen by a few steps of 15 m², with TV and sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... and a dining area with a second TV.

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (one double bed downstairs, one single bed upstairs) a dressing room and a TV.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200), a dressing room and a TV.

The house is ideally located in Joyeuse, in a very pleasant environment with the river at 5 minutes on foot. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, clean the appliances after use, the fridge and remove bed linen from the beds, separate wet towels and empty and take away the rubbish in the outside containers.
- Arrivals on Wednesdays are allowed from 6pm.
