This gated luxury resort and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. This home will provide you and your family with an abundance of luxury amenities leaving you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. The community common areas with many recreational facilities are available for a small daily fee.

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).
Community Fees:
Each guest will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.
This fee will only apply if guests decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
Each guest will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).
