This 27 square meter studio is located on the 3rd floor with LIFT, includes a living room with several storage units and ready to receive four people.
It is ideally located in the CITY CENTER, close to the STATION, 13 min walk to the Arena, 7 min drive to the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and shops.

## Logement
The studio is charming and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It includes a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and two bunk beds (80cm), an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Parking (N°316), Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also be able to spend unforgettable vacations thanks to the shared SWIMMING POOL, a real place of relaxation and conviviality!
Please note that the studio does not have an air conditioner. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is located near various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Franprix" at 6 minutes walk. Also, Les Halles is 11 min away to enjoy a huge provincial market!
The BEACH is 7 minutes away by car to enjoy the serene atmosphere that exists in front of the water and to do various activities with family or friends.
You will stay in the CITY CENTER, close to the STATION, 12 min from the Tourist Office, 4 min by car from the Casino of Fréjus and 5 min from the Luna Park.
Moreover, with the location of the accommodation, you will not be able to miss visiting the tourist sites which make the fame of the City such as: the Arena at 13 min on foot, the Roman Theater at 17 min, the Roman Aqueduct at 19 min, the lantern of Augustus at 4 min, the Memorial of the Wars in Indochina at 8 min by car, the Bonaparte Garden at 14 min, and many others...

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
