Great location in Paris

First time in Paris with my wife and son and this first floor cozy apartment was the perfect spot for exploring the city, central but not too touristy. Very cool bookshops and restaurants. Emmanuel was a great host and communicated with us patiently through several travel hiccups. Apartment was clean and comfortable even in the midst of a heatwave.

A great stay close to Canal Saint Martin and amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was the right size for the three of us, was nicely decorated and had more than we expected, including a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fan in each room. We were across a city grocery store, and within a 5 minutes walk to 3 other grocery stores including a full-size Monoprix. Three great boulangeries-patisseries right around the corner, including Yann Le Couvreur (yum!). We had had the best pizza we have had since we were in Naples and a delicious Turkish meal in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the proximity to the Canal St Martin, and easy access to public transportation. Our hosts were the most hospitable and easy to deal with. We would stay again and highly recommend this unit.
