The WASHINGTON DUPLEX is a newly build duplex-type townhouse. While still under one roof, a connecting door separates the two sides of the house from each other. On one side of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the other side, there are the remaining two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All bedrooms feature super comfortable king size beds and smart TVs, ready for you to relax and recharge in after a long adventure-filled day! Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a bathroom, while Bedroom #3 has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms #4 and #5 also share a bathroom.
Each side of the house also has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room.

Apart from the very spacious and comfortable bedrooms and interior layout of the home, you also have the entire patio and pool area to enjoy! Featuring a nice outdoor lounge area and pergola by the pool to kick back and relax, along with a BBQ grill for a cookout under the stars.

All in all, a great house for groups who want to spend time together as well as have their privacy. Perfect for two families or a group of friends.

Great stay in Aruba

Overall we had a great experience staying here. It was very tricky to find if you’re not familiar with the island. We got lost on our way from the airport because we were not able to download the directions and the gps doesn’t recognize the location. Thankfully we found a nice couple who took us to the house, otherwise we would have never found it on our own since it’s ducked off. The beds were nice and comfortable and the house was clean a maintained. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity this house is to stores, restaurants and everything else you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

International family vacation

Property management /owner very accommodating and responsive. Property beautifully maintained, clean and secure. Pool was just the right size for a family with young children. I can not think of one thing we would have wanted differently. Would stay again.

Perfect Stay

This was my 40th bday girls trip with 6 ladies. The space was perfect for everyone. We utilized the pool, grilled, and cooked in both kitchens as well. The location is close to everything. I rented a vehicle so we could travel the whole island. The beds were very comfortable and shower as well. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Aruba! Ensure you use the exact address the host provides in order to find the home. Dogs wonder outside the gate at times but wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Excellent property.

Property was new. Washer and dryer were older models and outside behind the house, but that is the only negative thing about this property. The house and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. The location is close to everything and in a safe, secluded area. I would stay here again.

As a mother of four who loves to travel with family and friends in large groups, I made it a priority to design the Washington Villa in a way that allows two different families to stay together while still each having their own privacy. The villa's duplex layout resembles two separate units while still under one roof, so each family can have their privacy but also enjoy the spacious common spaces together including the large patio/pool area. This spacious setup is also great for a group of friends travelling together who seek privacy but also the ease of staying all together under one roof.

In addition to this, comfort was also a huge point for us. Nothing beats going out to enjoy and explore some place new and then coming back to your 'home away from home' for a nice shower, before jumping into your oh-so comfy bed for a good nights sleep while you recharge to make the best out of the next day of your vacation! This is why we have included comfortable KING SIZE BEDS in all five bedrooms! The villa is also well-equipped with the right amenities that will definitely make for a smooth stay, such as kitchen appliances, beach chairs, beach coolers, just to name a few.

Overall, this villa is the ideal stay for travelers that desire a cozy, private and comfortable retreat, in a central yet secluded location in the quiet neighborhood of Washington, Noord surrounded by big trees and bird whistles.
