You will also have a beautiful terrace and a garden which will be very appreciated on sunny days!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The location of the apartment is ideal: a few steps from the CENTER and near the BEACH!
Several bars, restaurants and shops are close to the accommodation. For your small shopping, you will find a "Super U and Drive" at 13 minutes on foot or at 4 minutes by car.
The beach of La Tranche is at 9 minutes walk and the big beach is at 4 minutes.

For sailing enthusiasts, you will find the "WAVE SCHOOL School & Rentals" at 6 minutes walking distance.
