The apartment is warm and well appointed. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
Located on the third floor with an elevator, it also has a furnished BALCONY that offers an exceptional and panoramic view of the valleys and the Mont Blanc ranges.

The accommodation is ideally located 5 minutes drive from the town center and close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants, shops, ski and mountain bike rental services, ski schools ...
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "le Petit Casino" at 6 minutes by car.

The location of the accommodation will give you the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities in winter and summer!
You will stay at 8 minutes by bike "des Portes du Mont-Blanc", a ski resort with 63 ski runs and 11 green runs which are served by 19 lifts.
You will find the famous "Plan d'eau Biotope" at 7 minutes by car, which is one of the main attractions of the area and the "Lac de Passy" at 21 minutes by car, ideal for swimming and karting.
To discover the historical sites not to be missed during your stay, the tourist office is an 11-minute drive from the apartment.
