Upstairs Master Suite:
The spacious master suite is on the upper floor and is filled with natural light.
It includes a luxurious jacuzzi tub/shower combo, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The large windows offer serene views of pine trees nearby and treetops surrounding the house.
You'll find a comfortable queen bed to ensure a restful sleep.
A cozy corner reading nook provides a quiet space for book lovers.
The suite also features a walk-in closet to keep your belongings organized. Entertainment is taken care of with a 50-inch smart TV equipped with Roku.

Downstairs:
The lower floor houses two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full-sized bed.
A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower is conveniently located on this level.
An air-conditioned Florida room offers a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the backyard. There is also a futon here for resting or a small bed if needed.

The family room is another space for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a big wide-screen video projector gives you a wall sized movie or show!! It has an Amazon Fire stick for fun programming. A desk, LazyBay chair, and Hide-a bed-sofa are also in this room, and laundry room access.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. Dishwasher, Coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, Fridge and Flat top stove/oven. New feature in kitchen: water filter for purified water at your fingertips. The new updated sink/faucet set up, which has soap dispenser to the right of the sprayer nozzle.

The living area is adorned with a comfortable couch and a love seat, with ample light streaming in from French doors and an oversized window.

The Backyard:

The fenced backyard is a private oasis with various amenities.
"The Oasis" is a charming nook with an outdoor bistro table and hanging lights, perfect for enjoying meals or sipping coffee. (There is a citronella candle "in a bucket" on the small table in the Florida room you may take out for evening use. Please don't leave it outside in the Florida sun, as it will melt!)
A new 7-person inflatable hot tub adds to the relaxation options. AAHHH just relax! (Adjust the temperature in advance of your use of this comfy tub as it takes a while to heat up that much water!! OR BETTER YET, let us know the temperature you prefer and we will set it up for you!)
A playground area features climbing rocks, a fort, slide, and swings for the kids to enjoy. Just rebuilt and painted for your children's safety.
A gorgeous sycamore tree provides shade for those warm days.
A nice sized grill (gas and charcoal) is ready to fire up for your favorite grilled meals. (Tools are on top of the refrigerator in the Kitchen, please return them there when you finish!)
Lawn chairs are available for relaxation, and there's even a "fire pit" area for cozy evenings around a controlled fire (with safety precautions).
The backyard also features a large gate suitable for off-street RV parking.

The house is conveniently situated within walking distance of Campbell Park and Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, which offer various recreational activities and amenities. (Several Play ground areas, and plenty of space for runners or those who love to picnic!) It is about 15 miles from the Boombah Sports Complex in Sanford, FL.
A neighborhood Walmart and another Shopping plaza are a short distance away for grocery needs. (Fresco, Publix, Walmart Super Center, and Aldi all within about 4-6 miles).
Domino's,Taco Bell, and a Checker's are nearby for quick meals.
For outdoor fun, Wes Crile Park, just 1.5 miles away, features a splash pad and other great facilities. Dewey O. Boster is in walking distance and has several play areas. Another park you can walk to has play areas, and lake access! What a great park!!
The local library borders the Lyonia Preserve, offering several nature trails and a free nature discovery center. This is about 2 -3 miles away.

Deltona provides a peaceful and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
However, it's still conveniently close to many attractions, such as Daytona Beach (40 minutes away), New Smyrna Beach (25-30 minutes away) and Orlando (45-50 minutes away).

Owner Availability:
The owners live just 10 minutes away and are readily available if you need anything during your stay.

Garage Usage:
The adjacent garage serves as storage for the owners' online book business.
Shipping personnel may access the garage briefly on weekday mornings, but they will not disturb your stay. A privacy fence separates the yard from the garage entry area.

House Rules:
Lawn care maintenance and trash pickup schedules are in place to keep the property looking great.
Trash pickup is on Wednesday mornings, and the lawn care schedule is "as needed." Our crew will take the trash cans to the street on Tuesday evenings, and put them away on Wednesday. Please be mindful of keeping trash cans closed to avoid attracting flies, especially in the summer.

A notebook of nearby attractions and tourist information is available at the house for your use. Tourist brochures are available for you to take as well.
