Bristol Bluegrass Festival Event

The property was great. An accurate representation of the online photos of the house greeted us. The hot tub was a nice feature in a great backyard for a relaxing late night cocktail and bloody mary in the morning. We would definitely stay here again when in Bristol!

Bristol property

Great communication and easy checkin/out process from owners! Property was very clean and well stocked with anything we could have needed!! Great location close to downtown. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evenings! We will definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful home!

This was the perfect location to stay while we attended a music festival at Bristol Speedway. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like in every way. The owners have thought of everything and you will feel comfortable and relaxed here. The backyard was the perfect place to have breakfast each morning and relax in the hot tub. We will be staying here again next time we head to Bristol!

What makes this property unique

This home is located in the "Twin City" of Bristol, TN. On Bristol's downtown State Street downtown, you can be on one side of the street and be in Virginia, the other Tennessee. We are located in the heart of East TN close to numerous hiking and biking trails, Bristol Motor Speedway, ski resorts, the birthplace of country music museum, Bristol Casino, Future Home of the Hard Rock Casino, and so much more. Excellent restaurants and shopping all close by! The home itself is within a short walk to downtown Bristol. There are numerous parks close by for hiking, close to the Appalachian trail, and many other site seeing opportunities.
