Clean home in the heart of downtown Winnemucca - 2 blocks to food, bars, tourism

This property is a two bedroom, one bath home that has been completely renovated and is a brand new rental. It is located within a 2 minute walk to food and shops, as well as a few bars and bowling alley around the corner. The house is very well kept and also has brand new landscaping throughout the front yard with patio furniture for your convenience. Our neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly and we also host an additional property on the same parcel that regularly has guests. The neighborhood is also a very safe place located a block from the sheriff's department, but we do engage a security service and alarm panel to protect the property and our guests should they wish to use the alarm during their stay.
We are experienced property owners and rental managers that love to connect with our guest to ensure they are able to have the best experience possible when booking with us, and we can help with whatever questions or concerns our guests have along the way.
We strive to provide the essentials of a short term rental that travelers need when choosing to stay in a house rental vs hotel.
Towels and bedding are high quality and selected with our guests most important need during their stay, Sleep! Both bedrooms have built in usb's on the night stands for your charging convenience, and are also equipped with personal TV's as well as satellite cable.
The house has one primary bathroom upstairs with shower and tub, and basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided as amenities if needed during your stay. There is also spare tooth brushes and q-tips available in the bathroom cupboards.
The kitchen contains all the essentials to make a home cooked meal. while traveling, and if there is something needed during your stay that isn't available we encourage you to reach out and we will try and accomodate the supplies needed for cooking at the house.
The basement does have an additional room, which is currently not set up for guests or rental. The washer and dryer are located in the same space in the basement and we do provide basic laundry soap and dryer sheets if needed.

Spacious home with plenty of personality

This was a lovely historic home, well located. Our stay was short but comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and we had a great time visiting the bowling alley just two short blocks away. Recommended

Disappointing

On the day of check in, at 11 am, we realized we had not heard from the host with instructions. I sent a message and heard back about an hour later that there had been a major plumbing issue and that our reservation had been canceled. We had to scramble to get a hotel reservation, and ended up at a sub par motel on the main highway, as most of the hotels were fully booked. We drove by the property and noticed a car parked in front with Oregon license plates. We knocked and met the person staying there. She double booked (this house is also on another rental site for more money) and made up an excuse to cancel my reservation that I had made over 2 months earlier. Reserve at your own risk.

Comfy house close to Fairgrounds

We came for an event at the Winnemucca Fairgrounds. The house was only a four minute drive from there. It snowed five inches the first night and the owners came and shoveled the walkway for us. House had comfy beds. We didn't use the kitchen other than coffee, but it seemed to have what you'd need. You might want to bring your own water.

CUTE and CLEAN

What a nice surprise to find such a cute place to rent here in Winnemucca for our kids who came from out of state to visit us for the holidays!! Very clean, comfortable, convenient and cute to boot! (Could use a few more kitchen supplies...mixer, working can opener, serving bowls) We will be renting again!!!
