About this property

The ground floor terrace is on the edge of one of the Marina's canals,
an 8-meter mooring is at your disposal to put your private or rental boat there, allowing you to go to sea from your house.

The ground floor has a porch, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a separate toilet, there is a bar counter between the kitchen and the living room, adjoining the dining room with stove pellet stove and living room with large sofa, large screen TV (120X70).
The staircase, with banister, leads you to the first floor, a corridor leads to 3 spacious bedrooms with dressing room and air conditioning, and a large bathroom with wc and washing machine.
From the 1st floor, the staircase with ramp leads you to the sunny terrace, shaded by curtains.

ISLA CARTAGO is an extremely charming pedestrian district which forms a typical village, very pretty, calm and flowery, built on an island in the Marina of Empuriabrava, only 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach.
