The front door of this apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, with freshly repainted walls that enhance the modern and inviting atmosphere.

The cozy living area has a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The 2 bedrooms both have a double bed and are equipped with hotel-quality sheets and linens.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities.

The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Grenelle is a neighbourhood in southwestern Paris, France. It is a part of the 15th arrondissement of the city. There is currently a Boulevard de Grenelle which runs along the North delimitation of the quartier, and a Rue de Grenelle, a few kilometers North-East in the 7th arrondissement

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 45 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro which is easily accessible and convenient.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
