This rental has enough room for five people with 624ft of living space. It is well suited for adult couples & friends getaways or families, alike.

KITCHEN: The modern kitchen is well-equipped with dish ware, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and built-in wine rack. A table welcomes 6 people.

LIVING ROOM: This space is part of the open concept and looks directly onto the lake. There is a comfy couch which turns into a queen bed, as well a 72" TV. Games and puzzles are tucked into the stylish tv stand.

BEDROOMS: 2 total
Bedroom 1: Brand new queen bed, lakeside, wake up on the water, serene
Bedroom 2: Two brand new twin (XL) beds, luscious lawn views
Sleeping Area 3: Queen sleeper sofa in living room, on the water wake-up

LAUNDRY: There is a dryer in the shed by the parking pad. There is a laundromat located in nearby Battle Lake (11 miles).

Dock with bench, sand beach, bonfire pit near the water, outdoor furniture, firewood, propane grill, aluminum picnic table, kayaks, paddle boards. There is a shed by the parking pad that houses lifejackets, an extra fridge, and yard games, including Bean Bags/ Cornhole and Bocce Ball.

Pickerel Lake is a special place for many people who live here year round or enjoy their cabins in the summer. We take pride in the lake and our neighbors. We ask that our guests respect the lake rules and use proper lake etiquette, as well as follow the speed limits on the roads around the lake to keep everyone safe. A lake guide is in the cabin for your convenience.

| PARKING |

This rental has a large parking pad with electricity and water hookups available for use. Guests may park a camper and hookup for an additional $200/week. Parking or driving on the lawn is not allowed.

| POLICIES |

We are all about the love and fun, but no wild bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
