Loved the view. No communication No access to the garage. Basement was flooded and moldy walls exposed with no communication to us ahead of time. Construction zone all around house outside. No lawn chairs on the deck to enjoy the views. TVs didn't work. No instructions or welcome in the house. If he is still preparing the house, it should not be for rent. He should have clearly let us know what we were walking into. Couldn't get out of it once we were there. So very very disappointing.

Doubleheader Neighborhood

Overall it was a great stay. Was missing a few items. Full length mirror, (cause not everyone is just visiting mountains, we had a wedding to attend!) ironing board, wine opener and wine glasses, toilet brush, bannister on the stairs. Patio furniture would have been nice so we could sit outside. Shower hardware in upstairs hallway bathroom was in disrepair and I was troubled by all the bags of garbage in the garage. I think that’s it! Wish we were still there!

Dirty, Party House, Cancelled

house was not clean, dirty, booze on the shelves, the rugs were outside, Trash was all over, Kitchen was a mess. Owner said "will clean" but cleaners never got there after 2 hours. We cancelled. Could have been beautiful but was a horrible experience.

Beautiful house with a great view.

This house has the best of both worlds. Mountain feels with the city not too far away. From the deck you can see mountains during the day and the two cities of Denver and Castle Rock lit up by night. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The house is well stocked with things you might need and the in garage parking is a plus. Beds are a bit firm which was a worry the first night but we ended up sleeping like babies the whole time. I believe the house is a rather new listing as it still has that fresh updated smell. Only suggestions would be a shovel on the property, a broom for mid stay floor cleaning, and a floor mat by the downstairs door to put wet shoes on. Will return if we ever visit the area again.
