Sunlit and partially below ground, this space stays cool in the summer while ductless heaters ensure it's cozy in the winter. Featuring a large, open floor plan with a private bedroom and bathroom, it's spacious but intimate. The kitchen and lounge area look out onto the Rogue River - perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise or set - and a path leads to the water's edge.

The space
The Rock House Studio is a private space attached to a private home. It has its own entrance and shares the property and parking. The owner lives on the ground floor. There is access to the river and you're just a short walk from downtown Grants Pass. Spacious and intimate, romantic and modern - you're sure to love it here.
