About this property

This house is located close to golf course, both indoor and outdoor pool including hot tub. The great room and the nice view of golf course from the back porch is very relaxing. Two leather recliner one that massages. Great place to enjoy yourself , and it's a gated community. South Padre Island is just a short ride over the bridge. Long Island is the neighboring island. There is also access to boat dock if you enjoy fishing, Check in is at 4:00 and 3:30 on Sunday . There is an 90 dollar parking and arm band fee so you can enjoy the amenities. This is a Long Island administrative fee, it does not go into my pocket. This fee is per family per month. Please enjoy your stay. This fee is nothing I have control over. This is a bill from the gated community, please note that after a 30 day stay the front desk will assess another 90 fee. . There is now a discounted rate of 30 percent off for the month of September, October, November, and December

Comfy Lil Bungalow

This 'lil bungalow' was extremely comfortable and quaint. It just felt so homey. It had everything we needed to enjoy everyday. It's not extravagant, which we like, but just so relaxing. One neat little twist to the place is you get to see the sunrise out the patio doors and later thru the screen door you get to enjoy the sunset. The patio was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and later lunch and later relaxing. The washer / dryer was very helpful. Next time we won't bring so many clothes. The area is quiet and friendly. We loved it here.

Wing Shooter

Very clean, fresh smelling. Plenty of room comfortable recliners. Very quite. I know there were a lot of amenities. Good restaurants close by. Will definitely be staying here again.

Family Vacation

Property was in a great area, the golf course was pretty nice and the Long Island Village residents are super people. Joe is an amazing guy and easy to communicate with and always responds to any questions pretty fast.
