We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lorgues, this charming luminous flat, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace facing south to enjoy the southern climate. Wifi (optical fibre), we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 22 m², facing south, the sun is present from morning to evening, shady corner present for those who want it, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Common area :
- A swimming pool (not heated) open from 01/06 to 30/09 (opening dates not contractual subject to change), it is surrounded by a fence and is equipped with sanitary facilities (shower and toilet), the dimensions are 10.5×4.20×1.5.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, Weber plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Lorgues, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the centre, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...

Activities :
The village, in the heart of a valley, is situated at an altitude of 210 metres. It is full of history with some buildings dating from the Middle Ages.
The commune of Lorgues is bordered by fourteen wine-producing properties, such as Domaines Viticoles and châteaux, Domaine et caves AOC "Côtes-de-provence" around the cooperative cellar "Le Cellier des Lorguians" and many others...
You can take advantage of the location to go hiking or cycling. The Verdon and the Mediterranean are less than half an hour away by car. Several swimming spots in the surrounding rivers are possible.
Every Tuesday, the largest Provencal market in the region is held in the main street, three minutes away by foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private parking of the residence (1 numbered place), you must have a badge to access it.
- There are several roads leading to the commune of Lorgues: the departmental road 10, from Taradeau, to the south-east, or Salernes to the north-west; the departmental road 562 from Flayosc, or Carcès; the departmental road 50 from Entrecasteaux.

As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information which may be useful to you:
- Commune served by the regional public transport network Zou! (ex Varlib). The local authorities have implemented a "transport on demand service" (TAD), the regional Zou! network.
- The nearest TGV station is Les Arcs - Draguignan, about 18 minutes away by car.
- The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, 79 km away, about 1 hour by car.

- Animals accepted on request, please specify when booking, for an extra charge of 15€/stay. Only one pet allowed.

- A bicycle room is located on the ground floor of building C, it can be opened with the flat key.
