J'ai séjourné avec mes 3 enfants dont ma fille de 2 ans dans ce logement qui pour moi n'ai pas adapté à des enfants en bas âge escalier beaucoup trop dangereux ! La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer notamment au niveau de la douche(moisissure présente au niveau du siphon, sans parler du fait que l'eau s'évacue très difficilement ! Quand on utilise l'évier l'eau remonte dans la douche créant des odeurs d'égout très désagréables ! Rideaux de la chambre inutilisable (1 cassé et l'autre en mauvais état ! !) Bref pour résumé état de propreté très limite globalement ! Le point positif est que le logement est très bien situé avec métro très proche et commerces à proximité idéal pour visiter la capitale dommage que l'entretien du lieu ne soit pas mieux suivi en même temps sans état des lieux fait ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie je ne vois pas comment cela peut être autrement ! !

Très bon accueil de l'agence, mais à noter arrivée l'agent de ménage commençait tout juste, et à notre grande surprise pas très efficace, sol non aspiré ni nettoyé, beaucoup de débris sur le sol derrière la table, beaucoup de choses cassées (miroir, armoire, étandage, assises, prises défectueuses, lampes grillées...), un seul verre dans la vaisselle, mais le plus gênant reste le bruit de la salle de boxe (en entend même les conversations) et la voie ferrée juste derrière. Il serait utile de préciser que les 2 couchages ne sont accessibles que par un escalier très raide et l'autre via une échelle un peu large Pour 2-3 nuits passables, mais pas plus

Grosse déception !

Plusieurs problèmes très contrariants, et pourtant nous ne sommes habituellement pas exigeants du tout . - Environnement très bruyant : salle de boxe et arts martiaux qui jouxte l'appartement et qui fonctionne de 10h à 21h. - Beaucoup de bruit nuit et jour à cause du métro qui passe juste derrière. - D'autre part un problème d'évacuation des eaux usees dans la douche,constaté à notre arrivée (évacuation bouchée dans la douche et reflux de l'eau d'évacuation du lavabo) empêche de s'en servir. Nous avons signalé cela dès le début du séjour à welkeys et nous avons rappelé ce problème par 2 fois. Nous n'avons jamais été contactés par le plombier. Pas de réparation, donc pas de douche pendant tout le séjour et toilette impossible dans le lavabo ! -Je passe sur les problèmes d'installation électrique et sur stores et portes de placard qui ne ferment pas. -Nous avons eu aussi la surprise d'avoir à donner une caution de 900 euros alors que personne n'est là pour faire état des lieux.ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. J'espère que vous comprenez notre déception et que vous nous dédommagerez d'une partie du séjour.
