Joli appartement assez sale et pas bien reçu

Arrives le 22/7 à 16:00 comme prévu nous avons été mal reçu par la gestionnaire Hoomy car nous avons 2 chats et elle nous a dit qu’ils n’étaient pas admis. Nous avons dû montrer le contrat d’Abritel stipulant l’acceptation des animaux ds le logement. Par ailleurs le logement n’était pas propre, poussières sur les meubles, alaise sale, frigo et congélateur mal lavés et un certain nombre d’éléments étaient défaillants dans le logement . Nous lui avons d’ailleurs envoyé des photos. Elle nous a proposé d’envoyer une femme de ménage le lendemain, nous étions en vacances et nous n’avions envie d’attendre. Logement se trouve tout de même sur une voie assez passante ou le bruit des voitures est assez bruyant. Sinon le coin est très joli et l’appartement assez bien décoré et confortable.
