About this property

Come enjoy a piece of historic Oak Island and Southport, North Carolina. Close to the popular beaches of Oak Island and Wilmington. Our condo is tastefully designed and decorated with new furniture and appliances. It is all freshly painted. This roomy, marina and Intracoastal Waterway vew condo has spectacular boat watching and sunset views from the double sized enclosed porch. There are 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen includes seating at the counter and table. The master bedroom includes its own bath and entrance to the enclosed porch. The 3rd bedroom includes its own refrigerator and microwave.

There are numerous restaurants, golf courses and shopping options close by.

Nice condo in a secure neighborhood

Very nice condo, very secure neighborhood. Nice view of the marina and boats. Condo very well decorated and pleasant. The only negative was the security of the neighborhood, difficult to get in if not a resident. Location is about 15 min to oak island.
