Wasn’t as expected

Rental was very nice cosmetically inside. However we were scheduled to stay for 10 days, vacated on the 5th day due to the location not being in the best area and mainly because we found two cockroaches. We vacated the premises shortly after the find. Owner was so responsive up until he was confronted about the bugs; sending messages and taking pics of the bugs. I am now Trying to get a partial refund due to relocating and paying out of pocket for another rental property during our stay in Flordia. But he’s not being responsive at this point.

Bunk bed

The only thing is the guest bunk bed is a little week.... I would suggest getting a sturdier bunk bed. My daughter layer on the bottom and had someone been on the top it may have broken or bent ...

Would Definitely Stay Again

Renny was an excellent host. Communication was SUPERB!!! There was an issue with the VRBO app, and Renny instantly texted me so that I would have a personal cell number for contact. The check in & check out process was smooth and simple. The property was clean, and I found it to be centrally located for the places my family and I visited while there. I would definitely stay again!!!!
