This unit is a direct gulf front unit with beautiful unobstructed views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico (western side of Florida) -- just blocks from Johns Pass in Treasure Island/St. Petersburg and 30 minutes south of Clearwater.

Unit located near elevator in middle of building--nice view of pool and hot tub but our unit. Unit is NOT directly over pool, thus a little quieter
Our unit overlooks the wide expanse of white sand beach and cabanas (pool and hot tub are our views to the right) (bocce ball court, extra tiled sunning area directly below and to the left).
Our pool and hot tub area is one of only a few on the beach set up with the pool located between the sand beach and the building--not on the side of the building--better for viewing the gulf and sunsets from the pool area and one of only a few condo associations with a hot tub.
The large, open fully remodeled kitchen comes with all small appliances: microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, dishes, cookware and all the utensils you will need to cook or bake as well as newer appliances.

Ask us about sand chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and the deck box full of toys, etc. when you call. If using these, please do not leave sand chairs etc.on garage level.
Your stay will leave you with lots of great memories: breathtaking Gulf sunsets and panoramic beach views from the private balcony.
Chances are you will have sightings of dolphins swimming by in the warm gulf waters--not guaranteed, however. My husband, Dick, tells me the dolphins come out early in the morning and I have seen them almost every evening just around sunset.
You'll remember the fun you had swimming in the heated pool on the Gulf of Mexico and the relaxation in the spacious spa/hot tub in the pool area which is just adjacent to the beach.
Headsets only for any radios poolside.
And, of course, for young and older--- the youthful excitement of building sand castles on the beach, the challenge of playing bocce ball (see maintenance man re bocce balls), shuffleboard or the enjoyment of a cool refreshment in the shade of one of the 5 tiki huts.
There are 2 exterior barbeques poolside for grilling.
Nearby amenities include the World Famous John's Pass fishing village--located within walking distance for dining, shopping, fishing, charter fishing, private boat rentals, jet-ski and parasailing.
Along Gulf Boulevard you will find lots of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, nightlife and a public trolley which travels the entire beach front from St. Petersburg to Clearwater!
Located within walking distance to an ice cream shop (the Candy Kitchen--ooooh, huge A convenience store is across the street for quick snacks or refreshments. Grocery stores also are nearby cones, great fudge), drugstore, pizza, beachwear shops, etc.
Tampa/Clearwater attractions, Busch Gardens, Fort De Soto Park (rated one of the best beaches in the U.S.), Disneyland, Hard Rock Casino (Tampa) and other attractions are only short distances away.
Rentals start at a MINIMUM of 6 days in the slower season Saturday to Saturday (or call to see if other options are available during off season) OR 7 days Saturday to Saturday required during the high seasons.
