Enjoyable stay

The owner included a lot of nice touches, that raised it above the level of a typical rental. He was very prompt when we had questions, and very accommodating. Also a really nice person. We’d definitely rent from him again.

Rental during House Hunting

We stayed here for a month during a work relocation to provide time to look for permanent housing. The rental was exactly as described, and Jonathan was quick to respond to our questions. Our dogs had lots of room to run around, which helped with working from the cottage at the time. The location is close to downtown, and I was able to bike to work and close to unique bars and restaurants. The neighborhood has a few dogs running around, and you need to be aware of your surroundings, but there is a nice park nearby to walk during the day. Jonathan reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and order supplies to ensure that we didn't run out of necessities. I would recommend the cottage to anyone with pets looking for an easy temporary option near downtown.

Absolutely Lovely

This cottage is absolutely wonderful! It was really more than we could have asked for! Hosts Jonathan and Patrick were super helpful and accommodating! The yard is huge with plenty of space to hang out and for the dogs to explore! The interior is just as amazing! Very clean interior and had anything we needed, plus some! Highly recommend this location, we would definitely stay here again!

Intern Summer made Easy

Loved the property, had a couple of small snags with storms taking out the power on some devices (including the AC) which the property manager dealt with amazingly fast. As someone who’d never lived in Houston the area caught me off guard at first, but I ended up loving the neighborhood and the local shops that surrounded it. If I ever need to live in Houston for a summer again I will 100% be trying to come back here!
