Monthly, daily or other short term rental. An open livingroom and dining area giving this unit an open and airey feel. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. The third floor location makes makes for amazing sunrises! Your private boardwalk to the beach are just steps from any of the units. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes.

Perfect location perfect spot

Perfect location perfect spot - The location in Port Aransas is right on the beach and easy walk. The pool on top of the hill along with the playroom area for teenagers was exactly what we needed. The room was great on the third floor and we comfortably slept six people.

Unique floor

This was the most unique place. The floor looked like the ocean. That was pretty cool!! Good - the view was great. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, price was great, location awesome, TV was right size for room Bad - furniture uncomfortable, exposed wires near microwave, wall paper old and coming off in spare bathroom, no icemachine in freezer. Had ice trays though. 2nd bed was basically in the living room with a pull out divider. Strange but worked (not really a bad thing) Overall, we enjoyed ourselves! The place was not fancy but very functional. We enjoyed ourselves!!!!
