Summer Deals, Golf, Beach,Wireless..

The property was exactly as described and worked well for our family vacation. Had an issue with the loss of internet while there. I sent a message to Chad who quickly replied and said that he would contact the local internet provider to find out what the issue was. He quickly got back with me and said that the fiber network had been cut and forwarded the info that the local provider had sent him. Internet was back up in a couple of hours. I really appreciated his timely response and would definitely book this property again.

Chad was a great host, he was prompt with emails and calls from the time I booked. The place was clean and in a good location. Will stay again!

Sandestin is a nice resort and Linkside Village was very quiet. The owner was very responsive to issues with the home not being cleaned properly, roaches in the home and rodents in the backyard during our stay. The owner did refund the cleaning deposit. It could use a deep clean and facelift. The home is close to the pool and the golf cart makes it convenient to go to the shops at Grand Boulevard and Baytowne.

Check in was a breeze, as well as checkout! The gated community is very secure. The house is wonderfully layed out and accommodated us perfectly..4 adults, 2 children and a big dog! The fencing is very secure and I was never once nervous about my dog getting out! The village is amazing..drive 1.5 miles within the gates for full entertainment, eating, sights and fun things for kids to do. We found it to be a perfect location and it was nice to retreat from the high volume of people when you get into Destin during tourist season. The House was quiet and we never heard a neighbor or vehicle noise. It’s also on a golf course...which is beautiful. The owner responds to emails within an hour when you have questions! We could not have picked a better place to stay if we tried and this was our first ever visit to Destin. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone...and especially if you’re traveling with a larger breed dog. AH-MAZING!!! We didn’t want to leave whatsoever and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!

My family of three stayed for seven days. The house was spacious and very well kept. The outside yard was secure so we didn’t have to worry about our dog getting loose. There was also a grill on the patio. The location was great especially if you wanted to spend time at Topsail Preserve State Park. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot. Chad was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. This was a very nice spot.
