Chalet L’Axurit - Familial, Jacuzzi, Sauna.

We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of La Cabanasse, this charming air-conditioned country cottage with jacuzzi and sauna, of a surface of 220 m ² and being able to accomodate to 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 55 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 800 m² as well as a south facing terrace. Wifi (fibre optic),cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy the mountain air with friends or family around a good raclette!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor (70 m²):
- A 55 m² living room with TV, sound bar, sofa, armchairs, stove and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer...
- Bedroom 1 "Col Mitja": a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC.
On the first floor (75 m²):
- On the landing: bunk beds and a reading corner.
- Bedroom 2 "Cambre d'aze": a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3 "La Carança": a double bed (140×190).
- Room 4 "Camporells": a double bed (140×190).
- Room 5 "Col Roig": a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Garage (80 m²):
- A laundry room: washing machine, dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board.
- Storeroom: electric board, raclette machines, fondue machines, outdoor games.
- Sauna and shower.
- Ski room.
- WC.

Outside :
- A south-facing terrace of 140 m² with a jacuzzi on it available all year round that can accommodate 6 guests and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A beautiful garden of about 800 m².
- A balcony on the first floor facing South.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, plancha, table tennis.

The chalet is ideally located in La Cabanasse, in a very pleasant environment from where you can enjoy the view of the Cambre d'Aze. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Come and discover the local architecture of La Cabanasse and the various passes that surround the area. Lovers of outdoor activities and lovers of peace and quiet will appreciate this village.
In winter :
- Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging and other mountain activities. Go to Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000, the famous ski area of the Catalan Pyrenees.
In summer :
- Canyoning, hiking, fishing, visits to the Canalettes caves, the Bouillouses lake at an altitude of 2016 metres, Le Canigou the sacred mountain of the Catalans.
Various visits:
- Mont Louis (the highest fortified town in France), the abbey of Saint-Martin de Canigou, the yellow train of Cerdagne...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (2 vehicles) or in the private parking of the chalet (6 to 8 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Mont Louis la Cabanasse station located at about 1.4 km.
- Nearest airport: Andorra-La Seu d'Urgell airport located at about 1h15 by car.

- Free wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and cleaning included for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
