Our home away from home is now open for long term rental. Second story fully furnished apartment with king beds, linens, towels, full kitchen, includes all utilities, all appliances, dishes, and cookware. Off street parking for two cars, plus private entrance in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We do not allow smoking in the apartment, but provide smoking area on patio behind the building. Two desks, office setup, large screen TV with high speed WiFi, Dish TV with ROKU, and comfortable living room as well as access to washer and dryer on the first floor. Acorn chair lift available for those needing assistance to reach second floor. Again, covers all utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, Dish TV). If you're transitioning to Nashville, or assigned to work in the Mt Juliet or Nashville area, this is the place for you. 20 minutes to BNA (airport) and another 10 to downtown Nashville, TN.

Fantastic

This was such a great stay! They really went above and beyond putting together list of local places to go to eat and visit. Everything in the apartment is exactly as it was described. They were very quick to respond and the property is absolutely gorgeous. It was a super quick drive to downtown Nashville as well if you’re looking to stay outside the city. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved this apartment.. The owners, Tom and Joyce, are very caring and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again.

We are the Jaggers. We moved to Tennessee in 2012 from New York State to be close to our children. We love it here and so will you. Our adventure into vacation renting started a few years later and we are now happy to open up our sweet apartment located behind our primary residence just south of Mt Juliet TN. It's wonderfully located near hundreds of restaurants and shopping areas and just five miles from Route 40 which will take you quickly to the Nashville Airport or to Downtown Nashville for play or business.

Why they chose this property

So many, like us, are moving into Nashville and need a temporary spot to locate while they transition to their new home or business. This cozy apartment was our temporary home for 4 years and we loved it. I think you will agree. Perfect for the two of us, but an extra bed when our children came for an overnight. Office space set up with all the conveniences needed to make our work and play go successfully. We are sure you will agree.

A well lighted private entrance to this second story apartment gives you the peace of mind that you will be safe and secure in our lovely neighborhood. An Acorn chairlift is installed for assistance reaching the second floor apartment if needed. Everything you will need to eat, sleep, relax or work is already in place. Just bring your clothes, order up some groceries and you are set!!
