Welcome to Cannes!

This beautiful flat has a large living room with everything you could need: a comfortable sofa, a TV with access to TV channels, a table for lunch and dinner or even work and a nice south facing terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine...) so you won't lack anything!

The bedroom has a double bed and cupboards to store all your things.

The bathroom has a nice shower cubicle, a towel dryer, and a storage unit with a hair dryer.

The flat is always cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning staff before your arrival. Bed and bath linen is provided.

The flat is ideally located, a few meters from the Croisette and the Rue d'Antibes. The Palais des Festivals is only a 20 minute walk from the flat.

Note: There is an air conditioner that can be used as a heater.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Embellished with palm trees, the Pointe Croisette peninsula, nicknamed Palm Beach, is dominated by contemporary, upscale apartments and the Russian Orthodox Church with its richly decorated facade in pastel tones. Water sports enthusiasts can visit Gazagnaire Beach as well as the nearby surf shops and yacht clubs. Many glamorous celebrities frequent the seafront bars and discos around the Pierre-Canto marina.

Cannes train station is a 7-minute taxi ride from the flat. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is a 30 minute drive away.

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
