The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 104 m² apartment with wifi (fiber optics) for rent in downtown Rennes, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features a lovely, bright and warm 45 m² living room, a beautiful professional and fully-equipped kitchen with its central island in Zimbabwe marble, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub).

Please note that this accommodation is only available on a medium-term basis (minimum 30 nights).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 45 m² living room with XXL TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker, blinder...
- Three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the second with 2 single beds which can also be made into a queen-size bed, and the last bedroom with a very good sofa bed.
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC

- A small balcony to enjoy the sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment that's not overlooked. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment on Place Hoche (paying parking).

- Nearest train station: 3.3 km
