Our highest priority is hygiene, cleanliness and best service for our guests. The accommodation is modern and timelessly furnished and all necessary utensils are available. We keep it simple and efficient for our guests.The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, access to the swimming pool and gymnasium.

Other things to note
Early check in and check out will be subject to availability. If you have very early flight, then make sure you book the previous night to avoid double booking and confusion.Extra bed and cleaning fee is excluded.The one time cleaning fee that we are charging is not for a daily or weekly cleaning while your stay.Please note that this is a self service apartment.A security deposit of 2000 AED upon check in and refundable upon check out.Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the room and only allowed in the balcony.
Building access card and the apartment key will be provided to the guest. In case of loss of access card it will be AED 500 charge for new card & AED 150 for loss of apartment key.
