About this property

Beautiful authentic two-bedroom dry stone sheepfold with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen located a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in the region such as Fautea and Pinarellu. Possibility to rent a boat at the pontoon of San Ciprianu.

INTERIOR
Nice living / dining room tastefully decorated combining noble and authentic materials such as chestnut and travertine with a decoration in natural colors giving a real cocooning and chic effect to the sheepfold.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 Nespresso coffee machines, toaster and kettle.
A laundry room is also available with a washing machine and a dryer.
The sheepfold has two bedrooms :
- A first bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200, shower room, dressing room and toilet
- A second bedroom with two 80 * 200 beds (possibility of bringing them closer together), shower room, dressing room and toilet.
A bench that can accommodate a 5th person is available in one of the rooms.

The sheepfold is fully air conditioned and has WIFI.

Tinuta, Séjour de rêve…

Très jolie bergerie bien équipée. Piscine et cuisine extérieure très agréable. Équipements de qualité. Accès voiture à améliorer. Fuite sur toit de terrasse extérieur Fournir quelques torchons en cuisine Conciergerie aléatoire…. Et ce sera parfait…🤗

I love the outdoor kitchen and the pool. Very spacious The living room and the bedroom were also great and the aircon really helped Hello. It was a wonderful villa and very well kept. It ws private and very clean. My concerns however were that we had to ask for toilet rolls as there was only one and also there were no duvet covers and the pillows are not good. They need good pillows. Also the Wifi was not great which was very important to us and it kept cutting out. Marion was great, but as our plane was delayed we arrived very late on Sunday night. She came in and quickly explained a few things, but I had to ask her the next day to come and show us how everything works. I think there should be written instructions on where to put the rubbish, how the TV works the washing machine. NO information if there is an emergency. Marion should go through the whole process with us
