The space
The space features blended living and dining areas with an open kitchen. Living room and kitchen are welcomed by high ceilings, coastal decor, and grey hardwood flooring. Centering the living room is a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy after a fun filled day at the beach. A welcome snack tray & souvenirs of your stay at the Hit the Beach House. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need from cooking your catch of the day to Keurig coffee maker coffee for your mornings. The beautiful kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for three.

Hit the Beach House includes a small grass yard for the comfort of your four-legged family members. The master suite offers a plush king size bed and smart flat screen TV. Clean lines and warm furnishings finish off this spectacular room. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed that is a perfect sleeping experience for all ages. Let the kids enjoy their own space in the kids nook with a twin over twin bunk bed. Need more? The living room sofa transforms into a queen size bed for a living room family hang out or to sleep maximum guests. We wish you lots of south Texas sunshine but if your trip has less than favorable weather no worries, just use the outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand and enjoy both children's and adult games stocked for you within the home including table tennis, large Jenga blocks, board, and card games. It doesn't stop there. The garage is NOT off limits, brilliantly equipped Bluetooth speaker and party lights for dancing the evening away with your friends or that slow romantic sway with your lover.
