Probably OK for winter, but not great for summer
The house had several deficiencies (e.g., light bulbs out, insufficient dinnerware, leaky tap, etc.), however, the biggest shortcoming was the absence of any furniture on the large porch (which is a necessity for a summer rental). Also, it was not properly aired out, so it was musty and some towels did not smell clean.
