Beautiful, sunny apartment in the neosardischen style by master architect of the Costa Smeralda, LESUISSE, built in a magnificent complex of only 6 apartments. This apartment is on the upper level is secluded private, with living room incl. Fireplace and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, 2! Terraces, one partly covered, both with unique sea views of both the Gulf and on the open sea!
In addition to the apartment has a small branch from one of the terraces directly accessible, with separate small bedroom and mini-bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, also with a sea view! (Especially suitable for kids - separately, but controlled and protected !!!)
The sandy beach of La Conia with his fantastic water is smeraldafarbenen you a 150 steps away at your feet. Ideal sometimes just return to Siesta at the apartment ...

Ottima struttura, attenzione al minimo dettaglio. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse della zona. Terrazze con magnifica vista mare. Professionalità per ceck in e out Risoluzione di piccoli inconvenienti in tempi rapidi dissimi. Due criticita’: la mancanza di aria condizionata. Con il caldo anomalo di questi ultimi anni diventa indispensabile. La mancanza di wi-fi nell’era del digitale Se venisse installata l’aria condizionata la struttura da ottima diventerebbe eccellente e la riprenoterei per le prossime vacanze !

Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir sind zwar schon seit einiger Zeit wieder zu Hause, aber mit den Gedanken immer noch im Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die eingestellten Fotos und der sehr herzliche Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin hatten uns schon im Vorfeld überzeugt, vor Ort wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen - angefangen beim wunderschönen, süßen und liebevoll eingerichteten Appartment bis zu der traumhaften Umgebung waren wir durchweg hellauf begeistert. Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen, alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht, ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und so behaglich, dass wir uns schon beim Aufwachen über unser (leider nur vorübergehendes) Zuhause gefreut haben. Der Blick aufs Meer, während wir beim Essen saßen - wir haben Heimweh danach. Der Strand ist keine 100 Meter entfernt, auch sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Eisdielen und Restaurants sind fußläufig ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Résumé: Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und jeden Tag so genossen, dass wir für den Sommer 2017 "unser" Appartment bereits wieder gebucht haben. Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bei unserer Vermieterin bedanken und auch bei Frau M., die uns vor Ort so nett betreut hat. Melanie und Martin

Stilvolles Appartment

Das Appartment weist eine interessante Architektur auf und ist mit vielen Kleinigkeiten sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es sauber vorgefunden und auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Die zweite Terasse hat uns zum Relaxen besonders gut gefallen. Der Blick auf den Golf und das weite Meer war einfach wunderschön. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Verkehr vor dem Appartment. Auch konnten wir nicht bei offenen Fenster im Schlafzimmer schlafen. Wir fanden das sehr störend. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet.

Süßes Appartment zum Wohlfühlen

Wir sind als Ehepaar mit Hund zum dritten Mal nach Sardinien gereist und haben uns in dieses kleine süße Appartment verliebt. Es bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, der Strand und auch das nette Restaurant direkt am Meer sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben besonders die Ruhe in dieser Jahreszeit und auch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung genossen. Sehr nett war die gute Flasche sardischer Rotwein, die zur Begrüßung auf dem Küchentresen stand! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, zumal wir um diese Jahreszeit noch tolles Wetter hatten und auch noch im Meer schwimmen konnten.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen

Aufgrund der blumigen Beschreibung des Appartments auf dieser Seite und dem hohen Preis erwarteten wir eine top Unterkunft mit ebensolchem Komfort. Dies wurde leider nicht im Mindesten erfüllt: Die Wohnung ist zwar hübsch, aber auch recht in die Jahre gekommen und sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Zudem fehlt es an diversen Küchenutensilien, Handtüchern usw. Weiterhin funktionierte der Backofen nicht, was uns leider im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt wurde und einen Kurzschluss und etliche (kostspielige) Telefonate mit den Vermietern nach sich zog. Das Eisfach war total vereist und nicht zu benutzen. Die Toi-Spülung im sog. "Luxus-Dependance-Bad" (Bild-Us. auf dieser Seite) lief ununterbrochen, was einen erholsamen Schlaf der in der Dependance übernachtenden Person unmöglich machte. Alles in Allem ein 5-Sterne-Preis für eine 3-Sterne-Ausstattung und somit deutlich überteuert, schade!
