UNIT 20 - TREETOP 2 BEDROOM VILLA

Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and a partial view of the lake due to the trees in the summer. Features include a large Master Suite with a Queen bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has 0 steps to the unit.

NIce, clean throwback from the '80's.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond when the lock on our door malfunctioned so we couldn't get in the first day. The maintenance man came right out and replaced the whole mechanism. Not sure what would have happened if we'd checked in after hours. The unit was spotlessly clean, but clearly the living room hadn't been redecorated in a decade or two. Still, the furniture was comfortable, beds and bedding luxuriously comfy. The tiny kitchen had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and warming up leftovers. We found the spiral staircase daunting and didn't use the downstairs area. I wouldn't stay here with young kids or anyone who might feel unsteady on a ladder. Lots of closet space, good parking for two cars, nice views of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet this time of year, (November). We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We loved our stay. Our friends enjoyed it too. Great view in am to have coffee. We enjoyed the pool area, great gathering for all ages. Thank you for a great experience!
