UNIT 52 - TREELOFT 3 BEDROOM VILLA

Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and a partial view of the lake due to the trees in the summer. Features include a large Master Suite with a King bed & private bath, 2 Guest Bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has approximately 32 steps to the unit.

Great Anniversary weekend Trip

We did not expect to have so much room for only two people! We enjoyed use of the hot tubs and pool. The only issue was there was only enough hot water for one person to shower at a time. I did contact the front office and let them know after we checked out. They were very sweet and told us they would fix it.

#52 isn’t on the lake

This was my first booking on this VRBO site. Unit 52 was not on the lake. It was right behind a busy highway. I would have thought for a three bedroom three bath that it would have been on the water with a great view. It did however Have everything we needed it was a nice place but since I drove three hours to get there I would have loved a view. I wish I would have known there was a map to pick a spot because I booked The place more than a month in advance. Overall it is a perfect spot for a large family. However, there is no place to grill or to have a fire pit. Also in the third room with the bed with the mirrors, the bathroom was not cleaned because there was leftover shampoo and soap still in the shower. Regardless we still had a great time… I will just do more research the next time.
