Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar-sand beaches and Summers breeze from your private balcony on the 13th floor. Ariel Dunes II at Seascape Resort offers breath-taking views, beach access, and an abundance of amenities such as pools (seasonally heated), sauna, on-site dining, entertainment, and more!

Upon entering this updated vacation rental you will find a beach view living area with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony where you will find spectacular views of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with white stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for to prepare a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach! Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats a total of 8. The master king suite offers beach views with balcony access, an HDTV, and private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The guest suite offers a full size bed, an HDTV, private balcony, and private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 twin beds, an HDTV, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit for your added convenience. This beach view Destin vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.

Ariel Dunes II is located in Seascape Resort, a gated beach resort that offers incredible amenities such as, five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes II pool is seasonally heated), eight tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, a barbecue grill and picnic area, an onsite arcade, conference center, lakes, and is just steps away from the beach. The Cabana Cafe is located on the first floor of the resort for your convenience, so you can grab lunch or dinner. If you are in the mood for Gulf-front dining, walk across the street to the Whale’s Tail restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood and stunning views of the sparkling waters of Destin. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available. A lovely 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance if you want to practice your swing on the gorgeous greens of Destin.

Wonderful property

This condo is fantastic. you have a view of the water from almost every window in the condo. The kitchen is very well stocked for a rental. The condo itself is very spacious and the decor is delightful. Only comment for an upgrade would be to either upgrade the coffee pot or get a Keurig. Other then that everything was perfect and we can not wait to visit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked into the door there was a bad odor, we had trouble getting parking passes which through several email’s and text we were told they would be in our unit. We stayed 42 days,my husbad is a 100% disabled veteran and I had to have unexpected surgery right before we left. This condo needs a lot of maintenance done, leaking faucet in kitchen, master bedroom commode not working, I could have a long list of problems and the condo not clean. Spoke with mgr @ Glass Casa,Christy and she was to check with upper management and call me back and I NEVER received a call back. We had booked through this company before and was top notch very disappointing. We visit Miramar beach each year for 40 plus days and first time after 15 years one of the worst experience.

Beautiful sunset views

Great unit for a family with beautiful sunset views. Would have been better with more seating on balcony. (Only 4 chairs) and we had 5 guests in our party. More wine glasses would have been helpful. ( there was only 3). Broken screen door on balcony wouldn’t open. Sometimes it’s just the little things that make a difference. It would have been a 5 for us otherwise.
