About this property

This is a spacious 2 bedroomed duplex apartment -in a fantastic location, just meters from the beach in Olhos D’Agua
It offers good quality accommodation in a great location – with swimming pool, private underground parking, and sea views.
On the lower floor is a very large bedroom, with 3 twin beds, a large rear facing terrace with sunloungers and lounge area, which leads to the pool area. There is also a full bathroom (with Bath/Power shower, washbasin, bidet).
On the upper floor are the living area, comprises of the dining and lounge area, plus a well equipped kitchenette. The second bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom with shower cabinet is also located on this floor.
The living area is to the front of the property and leads onto a smaller terrace furnished with table and chairs – it overlooks the sea-front esplanade and has a sea view
Both of the bedrooms are located to the rear of the apartment, therefore offering a peaceful nights sleep despite the central location. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout.

Olhos de Agua visit in the sun

It’s a lovely property, well kept & maintained with attention to detail. The outside areas are excellent, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The apartment is ideally located in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars (although some were closed during our stay due to the time of the year). The car park below is handy, but the spaces are tight for larger cars! Anne is a great host, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return as soon as we can.
