We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment to 350 meters of the beach, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, dishwasher, hood, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage.
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A loggia with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer in the city center, opposite the tourist office, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
During your stay, you will be able to take advantage of many activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...
The landing beaches are accessible by car from the apartment.
A very nice market is held in the center of Courseulles on Tuesday and Friday.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located about 35 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport located about 32 minutes away by car.

- Sheets and towels provided at extra cost on request. Sheets: 16 € / bed; towels: 6 € / person; tea towel: 2 € / unit; bath mat: 3 € / unit.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
