This 4-bedroom apartment is spread over 317 sqm and has capacity for 12 guests; perfect for family vacations!
Both floors include high-end furniture and luxurious decorations. The first floor has a spacious living room with several navy blue leather sofas, colorful cushions and armchairs, and a TV. This open living area space also includes an extensive dining room, with one large dining table and 10 dining grey chairs. The room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors giving a panoramic view on the sea, and a private balcony furnished with a coffee table and sofa set, overlooking the Dubai Eye - the world's biggest Ferris wheel.

The kitchen at the apartment comes with black granite counter tops and matching cabinets. It includes all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and more.
In the upper floor you will find the beautiful bedrooms, all furnished with high-quality linens and beautiful decorations. In total, there are 4 queen-size beds, 2 king-size bed, and a wardrobe in each bedroom. There is also a maid’s room available.

The apartment has a total of 5 bathrooms, three of which include a bathtub, a toilet, and wash basins. The other two have showers, toilets, and wash basins. All of the bathrooms include amenities such as body soap, cleaning products, shower gel, towels, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, drying rack for clothing, washing machine, as well as a dedicated work area.

JBR Dubai, also known as Jumeirah Beach Residence, is a mixed-use community located next to Dubai Marina. It is a waterfront community on a 1.7-kilometre strip.
