We started as a single lakefront homeowner, planning to enjoy Lake-life. After some unsolicited advice from friends we posted our home on VRBO while we went out of town for a couple of weeks. Low and behold, the house rented all summer and we had to move out. We have grown, from a single man show to a small familial group, changed names, formerly known as Vacation at Lake Norman and Lakecations was established! We currently own seven and manage more as we have learned and seen a huge increase in the market since we began in the Spring of 2016. As part of our new venture with Lakecations, we are property managers who are overseeing other's vacation rentals. We are happily sharing what we have learned about the business, while still being able to do what we love. What we love about managing vacation rentals is talking with families and helping them plan outstanding Lakecations! Our ongoing goal is to provide luxurious vacation homes and an unforgettable experience. As we live in the area, we are always available for questions or advice.
