Enjoy peaceful river front views in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bath home right on the Deschutes River, just south of Sunriver. Sitting on a full acre and 180 feet of riverfront property this home also has a floating dock for easy access to float or kayak right out your back door. Float from upriver at Big River Campground down to the house or float downriver from house to Harper's Bridge at Sunriver or combine the two for a longer trip.

The property also offers a fully fenced half acre front yard. Within this, there is an additional fenced area that gives your canine family members access to the back deck as well. It is located just adjacent to a large wetland and is surrounded by wildlife such as deer, beavers, eagles and more.

This home is filled with great natural light. The open flow of the downstairs common area is great for visiting with friends and family. A river rock wood fireplace in the living room invites you to cozy up with a good book or movie on a snowy night.

On the main level is a spacious queen ensuite bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs are bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and gas fireplace with private attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and attached private bathroom.

When you are not soaking in the hot tub or enjoying that gorgeous Sunriver sunshine river side, you can take advantage of the horseshoe pit on-site or explore the nearby foothills of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding, pristine alpine forests.

With a large driveway and RV hookups, there is plenty of space to bring all of our outdoor toys along with you. Book a rafting trip on the Deschutes, go fly fishing, or make the short trip to Mt. Bachelor Resort for a day of skiing and snowboarding. With its ample amenities and serene river views, this Central Oregon rental is sure to be a favorite!

Please note this home's fridge ice maker does not work. Ice trays are in the freezer for your convenience.

Beautiful and Quiet

Beautiful home in a very quiet area. If you're looking for a place to get away, this is it. Can relax for hours with nothing more than the sound of the wind in the pines.

Beautiful riverfront property

This house was amazing . The property was beautiful and the fenced spaces were great for our dogs. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed . Great communication with the management company . The only thing that could make the home even better is to get larger beds and tv’s for all of the very spacious rooms . We loved our stay !

Serenity at its best

Loved the riverfront setting. Perfect for kayaking any time of day. The house was exactly what we were looking for for three couples. Spacious, light and clean in a quiet area.
