Lovely furnished home located in Thunderbolt, GA just 20 minutes (13 miles) to Tybee Island Beach and 16 minutes (5.4 miles) to Downtown Savannah, Ga. Make a day at the Beach then shower and change for the nightlife Downtown. You will not be disappointed. Walk to the Wilmington River and enjoy the sunrise/sunset everyday. Short walk to Tubby’s Tankhouse to enjoy great seafood, drinks and band on Weekend nights. Pet friendly location with up to 2 pets allowed. Relax and unwind or explore the many activities provided in this truly remarkable Southern town.

Time out in Thunderbolt

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in this beautiful ly decorated house. Jared was quick with answers to any questions and we will stay here again if traveling to Savannah.

Comfortable Home in a Great Location

We spent five nights at this comfortable home. We used it as a home base to take our granddaughter on adventures for her spring break while her parents were at work. Very convenient to go into Savannah, out to Skidaway State Park, UGA Marine Education Center, and Tybee Island. Easy walk to local restaurants. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thanks for helping us make spring break special!

Great location

Winter getaway

We wanted a safe quiet place to operate out of and this property fit the bill perfectly. Quiet and safe with lots of space this property is the best of five properties we have stayed in. We enjoyed the residential setting as we had a car to get around in and appreciated that the home was well equipped for our needs.

Not new to vacation rental as I previously owned in Rising Fawn. Do not live in State but strive to make the best experience for each and every visitor. I respond promptly to any questions or concerns via email. I live on top of a mountain so my phone reception is pretty sketchy . My home is furnished with every convenience I could think of. Fully stocked custom kitchen.

Why they chose this property

Conveniently located close to Beach and nightlife Downtown. Allow pets as I consider them family and take mine most everywhere. Must always be on leash as required by
law. Pets are not allowed on Tybee but are allowed on Jeykell Island which is about 1 1/4
hour from residence but mine absolutely love going. We spend the day there and I provide a Beach Bag for guests to use. Just wash and replace towels please.
