On the ground floor, a large living room with its fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with sofa, coffee table and flat screen.
Large bay windows in the living room open onto a large 60m² terrace.
You will also have at your disposal a cellar as well as a bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 160cm bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with WC.
One of the bedrooms has a TV.

The exterior is very appreciable thanks to its calm and its facilities which are at your disposal (tiled terrace, garden furniture, etc.).

Located in the small village of PALAU DEL VIDRE, discover the lake, the art of glass and its Greenland Festival then visit the church whose heritage is not lacking in interest.
This village has all the amenities (supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, baker, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, restaurant...), they will allow you to have a pleasant stay while being quiet and a few kilometers from the sea: Collioure , Argeles, Saint Cyprien are about 10 minutes away, and the Spanish border 20 minutes away.
5km from SOREDE and its turtle valley, 20km from CERET art villa, its museum, its typical Catalan market...
