Patrizia of Saturnia Lakes and Willoughby
The owner of the two properties we rented on 294 Willoughby Drive, Naples, Fla. for February 2022 and on 2076 Isla De Palma Circle in Saturnia Lakes in Naples, Fla. did not follow any of the Vrbo protocols for renting their properties.
For example at 294 Willoughby in February:
-all closets had considerable clutter and were unable to be used;
-the main tv in the family room had only 7 channels;
-the washer was not working, so after contacting the owners, we had to wait 10 days for a new washer to be delivered and to have it installed (and we had to wait for the delivery and installation);
-the iron they had was rusted on the bottom and we had to purchase a new iron;
-the place was filthy...we had to scrub the floors and and vacuum;
-while we were there, they had the roof cleaned with a chemical spray and we had to move our car out of the drive way so the chemicals did not get on our car;
-they would come to the rental place unannounced for no reason at all; one of the times they came at midnight, when we were in bed, to pick up one of their cars that was parked in the garage;
-then they came again the next morning to pick up some clothes that they needed;
-we were told not to turn the thermostat below 74 degrees in the house;
-the master bath drawers were all dusty and we had to clean them out;
-there was no outdoor charcoal grille to cook on...we had to buy one that we kept;
-when we first arrived, the place was filthy with dust balls all around and we had to clean the place;
-there were lawn chairs in the living room;
-we didn't give them a bad review at that time because we were moving to their other place(Saturnia Lakes) for the next month and were hoping for a better outcome.
Saturnia Lakes:
-this home was in a gated community that needed an electronic pass that did not work very well. I told them I would go to the office to get it fixed but they absolutely didn't want us to go to the office (we got the feeling that they didn't want the Saturnia office to know that they were renting the property!)
-they came to this property 3 different times unannounced:
-there was clutter everywhere and some of their closets were full and unable to be used;
-they told us they had packages coming there for them and wanted us to call them when they were delivered;
-we used their vacuum cleaner to clean the place and the vacuum cleaner was completely full;
-they came 3 times unannounced; would not recommend!
-Clutter everywhere
