The gîte de la petite Toscane d'Auvergne is a very beautiful independent stone house renovated with taste and refinement. You will be seduced by the noble and local materials, the furniture found and restored by the owners and by the incredible comfort of the place ... The house is located in a magnificent authentic hamlet in the heart of unspoiled and generous nature. Everything here invites relaxation and contemplation. The gîte is made up on the first floor (accessible by an exterior stone staircase) of a very warm open kitchen-living room, ideal for shared moments. On each upper floor (2nd and 3rd) there is a large bedroom equipped with a television including a very comfortable 180 bed (or two 90 beds that can be put together), a 90 bed and a private bathroom / wc. each room. WIRELESS. For your convenience everything is included. You will enjoy a large adjoining and private exterior including several terraces, a relaxation area, an outdoor spa (accessible from early June to September depending on the weather) and an open land in the countryside of over 3000m²! The icing on the cake: a private fitness / relaxation room at the cottage with a treadmill, a stepper, an elliptical trainer, a rower, an exercise bike, television, DVD and board games. Accessible without moderation! Private car park. The owners will be happy to share with you their traditional production of walnut oil, honey, cakes, jams and advise you on the best activities in the area!
