This property was not superb. It was basic and misrepresented. (No washing machine) The steep stairway was unsuitable for anyone aged or physically challenged,the smoke detector had been removed and the host did not acknowledge communication at all for 3 days (he was sick) nor did he address the issue of compensation as agreed by Expedia as a result of our complaints.There were no instructions left for guests and materials for cleaning were minimal or non existent (Detergent, soap, toilet paper) The additional sleeping is a mattress jammed against the fridge to put on the floor. Entry is via a long and smelly corridor (garbage bins) and narrow stairs to a door which requires “technique” to open it. The key is collected from someone who does not even know how to get to the property from his shop. Balanced against this is that once outside the front door you enter the wonderful Croix-Rousse with it’s markets, endless dining and completely French atmosphere.

Abritel demande 96€ pour le ménage mais l'appartement est founi avec des toiles d'araignées, de la poussière sur les plinthes, Les prises, interrupteurs et bouches VMC sont très sales! Le détecteur de fumées est posé sur un meuble... La rambarde d'escalier fait peur!! Le canapé de l'appartement n'est pas celui de la photo (clicclac) : il s'agit d'un sommier mousse dépliant où on pose un matelas mousse dessus... pas très net. Pas de torchon, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de volet roulant à la fenêtre de toit mais un store intérieur occultant innacessible (la tige aluminium est faite pour ouvrir la fenêtre pas pour baisser le store). Je n'ai pas eu de reponse à mon courriel signalant ces informations donc je le signifie maintenant. Sinon ? Quartier sympa, bons commerces, sur les hauts de Lyon.
