Great Room on the Ground Floor!

This room was perfect for a single family! Very clean & easy access to the boardwalk & beach! Would stay again! Only complaint (if I’m being picky) was the shower drain in the main bedroom was VERY slow & would back up..but it was ok!

Absolutely loved this condo!

We had a great time at this property and this condo basically sits on the beach. We will definitely be back!

It worked.

We didnt receive our "check in" instructions until i had to call and ask for them that morning. You have to download an app to even do any of it. The "free amenities" that comes with it also have a separate app youd have to download and they werent used -i'd have rather had chairs on the beach. It maybe should be an option of chairs of the other amenities. (You can always build it unto the rental price) Then found out we were supposed to pre-register for our parking pass and since I didnt have the info I had to spend $10 extra for "late registration" -which is dumb. We sat outside the room when we got there for 3 1/2 hours and they kept telling us that it hadn't been released by the housekeepers yet...but it was already cleaned and they waited til 4pm on the dot for our code to work. The room was as shown and described, but the patio furniture is so rusted that you're afraid to sit in them. One of the kegs was broken and there was a sand toy under that leg to make it somewhat level. The couch is not comfortable to sit on and the cushions get wedged down in the front. I understand it had a pull out bed in it, but I've never sat on one that uncomfortable. We had to buy our own baking sheet to fix pizzas on bc they didn't have any. They had a lot of glass dishes for eating, drinking and cooking so we bought all plastic stuff so we wouldn't break anything. The cooking pans are the cheapest ones you could buy and everything stuck to them. The broom was broken with a bathroom trash back used on the end of the stick to try to hold the brush on. I just threw it away and did the best I could with the brush. I liked the location and it was ok for a week but it needs some TLC. Fixing these things could help it tremendously.
