We did have a little problem checking in. We had to contact the owners to get our code to check in and they did not respond for an hour. This is not acceptable and I would suggest anyone that rents to contact the owner the day before you are checking in. The only other thing is the thermostat was locked, you could adjust the temperature but not the mode. This is fall so its warm during the day which requires cool mode and cold at night which requires heat mode. We tried to get it resolved but they insisted it was unlocked which it was not. They did adjust with their phone to the heat mode and we just left it there since we was gone mostly thru the day. I am not bashing them just stating the facts. This was a very clean house and when they did respond eventually. The weekend just started out bad when at 4:00 PM we had no instructions or codes to get into the property. We just assumed we would get it at 4:00 PM since check in was at 4:00 PM.
