Now accepting Summer 2024 bookings! The cottage is nestled in one of the original, up north, inland lake resorts on Arbutus Lake in Traverse City, Michigan. Pineview Resort is nestled in the pine trees on 400 feet of shared sandy beach on Arbutus Lake #1. This two bedroom, one bath cottage sleeps 4. There is a small, open living room and kitchen. There is also a three seasons porch. The private outdoor space is amazing with a fire pit, adirondack chairs, picnic table, and grill. Firewood is provided with the rental. Bring your hammock - lots of trees to chose from. Peek-a-boo view of the lake. All of this with downtown Traverse City just 15 minutes away. This is the perfect location for northern Michigan exploring! Wifi included for rainy days 📺 Must bring all bed linens and towels.

Super cute cottage!

We had a fabulous time on our vacation in Traverse City. We loved this cute blue cottage. It was very clean. Just a short walk down the hill to the beach. We brought our boat and had a dock space available for us. They put on an amazing fireworks show for the 4th! The owners live in the area and were available for questions but were not at all intrusive. Hoping to stay here again next year! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

Fun Long Weekend

We had a great stay at this rental. There is a park right outside the rental, which was great for young kids. Town is an easy 15-minute drive away. Our only complaint was that the windows in the bedrooms did not lock which isn't ideal with young kids. We would stay here again.
